According to current Romanian legislation, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order, without needing to provide a specific reason for the return. This return period applies to all products purchased from us, except for products that fall under categories exempt from the right of withdrawal, according to legal provisions.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, along with the original packaging and all included accessories. Returns of customized or made-to-order products are not accepted. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
